Getting Started (after install)
1. Only on first startup, you may want to password-protect the account.
2. Install your hardware drivers.
3. Install software drivers through AIO .net shortcut that is on the Desktop.
When the installer starts up, everything is selected.
First click pause, then unselect german language packs. Click install.
4. Good to go. Now you can install your other apps.
Or choose “Portable Apps Platform” or “Ninite” to install mass volumes of free apps easily.
You can also have a look at the included apps in the start menu.

51. Make sure only one storage unit is connected to computer prior to loading XP Setup; optical drive doesn't count.

138. If you experience installation errors or bsod, your copy of Micro XP Pro 0.99 is broken; follow the instructions and you should be set. Since it's Micro XP Pro, it is not going to ship with 1000 built-in apps like other nlite copies that also ship with malware cough cough. I provide easy shortcuts to get a bunch of apps installed with little effort. I also include .net Frameworks AIO shortcut to cover software dependencies. Of course Micro XP Pro comes with System Restore and Windows Firewall. Themes must first be enabled. Quick buttons on taskbar work. Installation errors are rare providing your copy is good. If you get BSOD, ask yourself which hardware or software company gave me a crappy driver; you will be correct 99.9% if your copy of the driver and of windows are good, and your hardware is undamaged. In other words, if you get BSOD it has nothing to do with this copy of XP; nothing. You may notice a DTC log in the windows directory that says install failed; this is normal happens on my copy of XP Home OEM. All the warnings in event log are also normal as they also occur on retail editions. International Versions are released every now and then.
139. What is OEMBIOS.bin in i386 on XP CD?
140. For VL or Corporate editions, it is needed by System File Checker.
141. You can nlite this copy to remove Both System File Checker and OEMBIOS.bin.
